    - I Lothüs si formano nell'ottobre del 2007
    - cambiano bassista qualche mese dopo
    - si propongono live con ottimo riscontro di pubblico

Lothüs Bio

Lothüs is an Italian heavy-rock metal band formed in Palermo in 2007. Its members are already known in the European discographical scene: Francesco Chiazzese (vocal) have been playing the guitar in Trinakrius since 1994, Giulio Di Gregorio has been the singer of Irencros (2000-2004) and later Thy Majestie (2005), Gianfranco Attardo (guitar) has been founder and member of Irencros (1998-2004); Fabio Accardo (bass) and Vincenzo Viola (drum) complete the band. Lothüs was born because of the wish of its members to create a powerful and effective sound, created from the fusion of the 70’s rock together with modern and aggressive sounds. The result of the band’s first two years of activity is the full length “Lothüs” consisting of 8 unreleased tracks and a bonus track. “Lothüs” has been recorded and mixed at Alex Argento’s “Hangar 18 Studios” (Palermo - 2009) and than mastered at Simone Mularoni’s “Fear Studio” (Ravenna – Italy) in the same year. The bonus track is Rock and Roll from “Led Zeppelin IV” (Atlantic - 1971) and it is a special Lothüs’ tribute to Led Zeppelin. Exceptionally, this song has been singed by Giulio Di Gregorio. Between 2007 and 2010, Lothüs got on stage lots of times obtaining lots of applauses thanks to their forceful and fascinating performances as well as the long live experience of its members. Today, Lothüs are working on new songs and looking for a label.

LATEST NEWS

08/12/2009.
Lothüs’ first album is finally complete. It has been recorded at Giulio Di Gregorio and Alex Argento’s "Hangar 18 studios". The mastering has been made at Simone Mularoni’s “Fear Studio”. We are really satisfied of it, it sounds powerful as we wanted it to be. The next step is send the whole master to the record labels in order to get a co-production deal. Moreover, we are going to send a mini-promo cd, 3 tracks, to the most important magazines and webzines in order to get the first reviews about our music. Stay tuned.

Ultimate, Lothüs T-shirts are ready and available. You can order them mailing us through myspace. The price is 6,00 euro each one (excluding mailing costs). The T-sirts are available on the following sizes S - M - L.

05/11/2009.
The mix of our first full length is complete and ready for the mastering. Soon, the official t-shirt will be available.

18/10/2009.
By the end of October, Alex Argento will complete the mixing of our first full length. We can state that the final result will sound really good. At the same time we begun to work to new songs.

20/06/2009.
Voice recording sessions complete! By the end of June we will start mixing the tracks. We are enough satisfied of the sound, but it is possible make much better.
